Sania Mirza was born on 15 November, 1986 in Maharastra, India. Her father Imran Mirza and and mother Naseema belogs to Hyderabadi Muslim family respectively. Imran Mirza is a sports journalist and her mother Naseema worked in a prinitng business. Her family moved to Hyderabad after her birth. So in Hyderabad, She and her younger sister Anam raised in a Sunni Muslim family. The former cricket captains Ghulam Ahmed of India and Asif Iqbal of Pakistan are the distant relative of her. Sania is also a good looking and fit athlete. She can join film industry but the first priority of her is tennis. She plays tennis and love to play this because of her country.she is one of the most highly paid and high profile athlete in the country.
Sania Mirza became engaged with Sohrabhosib Mirza who is her childhood friend. She engage with him in 2009 but the wedding called off shortly after. Because she doesn’t marry with her childhood friend. She married with Shoaib Malik who is an Pakistani cricketer. Sania married with him on 12 April, 2010. At the Taj Krishna Hotel in Hyderabad a traditional Hyderabadi Muslim wedding ceremony was held. After then in Sialkot, Pakistan their Walima ceremony was held. Sania have a baby boy name Izhaan Mirza Malik.
Sania Mirza studied at Nasr School in Hyderabad. Because her school totally support her for her game. She credited her school for giving her the freedom to pursue dreams of her. She graduates from St. Mary’s College. And from the MGR Educational and Research Institute University she receives an honorary degree of Doctor of Letters. She receives it on 11 December, 2008 in Chennai, India. Mirza is also good at swimming and cricket but she only known as a tennis player.
At the age of six years, she starts playing tennis. Her father and Roger Anderson coached her personally and giving support to her. As a junior player she won 13 doubles and 10 singles titles. The 2003 Wimbledon Championship Girls Doubles title won by her. At the AP Tourism Hyderabad open she was given a wildcard to play her first ever WTA tournament. In february 2003 she plays this tournament in her hometown.
Mirza is the first female Indian to be seeded in a grand slam event ever. She was seedes at the 2006 Australian Open. Partnering with Huber she wons the doubles title. Against Nadia Petrova, Martina Hingis amd Svetlana Kuznetsova she notched up three top-ten wins in 2006. During the 2007, she finishing eighth in the 2007 US Open Series standings and reaching the singles ranking of world no. 27. and this is her highest singles ranking of world.
Also, Sania Mirza appointed as the brand ambassador of the state by government of Telangana. Telangana is a state of India.
